Together, we will discover the cooking art of the famous star chef Yannick Alléno in the new restaurant (ex Vistamar) of the Hotel Hermitage, in a festive setting. A multi-course exclusive gourmet menu will be served during which we will enjoy, after a long pause and for the first time this year, a joint evening to meet with delight and restart our Club life with great pleasure. We warmly welcome you to this wonderful evening.
Chef Yannick Alléno
Chef Yannick Alléno, who has been awarded three Michelin stars, belongs to the elite circle of the world's best chefs. In 2014, seven months after taking over the Ledoyen Pavilion in Paris, it won its third Michelin star. In 2017 it was time for his restaurant in the luxury hotel Cheval Blanc Courchevel, Le 1947, to receive this honor as well. As a lover of French cuisine, his creations are visionary and combine skill and brilliance with boldness.
